Description

Purpose of Role
To provide a comprehensive and flexible contract administration service to the Midlands Business Unit. To maintain concise records of all the company transactions. To liaise regularly with client representatives. To maintain a strong team relationship.


Day to Day:

Finance

  • Producing WebQuotes for clients to approve
  • Extra Works Billing
  • Maintenance Billing
  • Reporting on Profit and Loss reports
  • Reviewing weekly debt reports and chasing clients
  • Reviewing Invoice Pool and processing invoices for payment
  • WIP
Commercial

  • Raising Extra Works purchase orders
  • Raising Maintenance purchase orders
  • Ensuring each purchase order is commercially compliant
  • Order acknowledgements
  • Ensuring commercial documents are up to date on each contract e.g. letter of intents
  • Termination letters
  • Ensuring preferred suppliers adhere to T&Cs

Facilities Management

  • Using CAFM systems to allocate Reactive and Maintenance jobs to the engineers
  • Managing eLogbook's to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met accordingly
  • Ensuring client satisfaction
  • Subcontractor reviews
  • QHSE online reporting, reporting Hazards via 4Sight
  • Ensuring statutory compliance documentation and engineers' worksheets are up to date in the folders
Admin

  • Timesheets and expenses for engineers
  • Holiday and sickness tracking

Salary:
£22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • English not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Birmingham,

West Midlands:
