Maintenance Operative

Responsible to: Property Services Manager
Remuneration: Competitive salary
Location: Based in Truro (driving licence essential)
Hours Full time. 106pm with the ability to work Saturdays and Sundays, and provide out of hours emergency cover on a rota basis
Experience required: 3 years minimum
Other information: Company van and uniform provided

We are looking to recruit a full time maintenance operative to support our portfolio of luxury holiday accommodation throughout Cornwall.

Key Knowledge

Carpentry
Plumbing
Electrics
Painting and decorating
Plastering and patch plastering
Tiling
General maintenance
Ability to complete daily job reports and timesheets
Ability to work unsupervised and a full clean driving licence is essential
