As our TA and Events Coordinator you will be an key member of our high performing Talent Acquisition team, providing coordination for TA activity, projects, and process improvement initiatives.

You will also lead on our Talent Acquisition events strategy, partnering with the business and Employer Brand team, representing Ctm to attract the best talent.

You'll:

Be customer focussed, driven to provide great hiring experiences and support through the recruitment journey
Be naturally an expert organiser meticulous by nature and have experience in managing large scale events
Remain calm under pressure, able to manage multiple projects and campaigns to a high standard
Be a great communicator with the ability to deal confidently with stakeholders of all levels
Tech savvy (ATS, systems, video conferencing, social media)
