At Babington we pride ourselves on the delivery of exceptional training programmes and are looking for a Specialist Trainer to plan and deliver our HR and Learning and Development programmes by sharing their expertise and experiences with cohorts of learners.
In this role you will be working collaboratively with a Skills Coach to ensure all learner outcomes are achieved as well as providing pastoral support and advice.

Create inspirational, immersive, and impactful learning interactions, for our Apprenticeship programmes in line with Babington's learning journey blueprint, providing a memorable customer experience.
Creating and maintaining cohesive and communicative relationships with learners and clients and provide academic and professional pastoral advice, guidance, and support, ensuring a safe and conducive working environment.

Essential Qualifications
- Grade A-C GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent
- Level 3 Award in Education & Training or equivalent teaching qualification
- Level 3 Certificate Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA) qualification
- Level 5 CIPD in Human Resources or Learning and Development
Desirable Qualifications
- Level 4 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent) teaching qualification or willingness to acquire
- Level 7 CIPD in Human Resources or Learning and Development
- Level 4 Assessors qualification or willingness to acquire
- Level 5 in Coaching and Mentoring or willingness to acquire
Skills and experience
- Experience of providing interactive and engaging training and development opportunities to adults
- Experience of developing individualised learning plans and SMART targets
- Experience of developing immersive schemes of work
- Experience of working with people to help to remove barriers and support progression into employment, education, or training
- Experience of successfully achieving deadlines and working without close supervision.
- Experience of working in an accredited teaching / training environment, industry or practice.
- Ability to manage workload, time, and resources effectively and achieve deadlines
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Understand the value of the customer relationship, treating each customer as an individual
- Ability to inspire and facilitate learning.
- Ability to remain calm and polite under pressure, managing themselves appropriately.
- Ability to support learners with learning difficulties and or disabilities.
- Constantly strives to meet service and quality standards demonstrating resilience to overcome challenges
- Continues to achieve goals and objectives in a climate of change
- Demonstrate personal impact and presence in the learning environment
- Hold a driving license with access to a vehicle or have the ability to travel.
