Working hours:

Monday
Saturday with day in lieu or Monday
Friday alternative Saturdays

The successful Head of Lettings will be offered:

Basic £50,000
OTE £90,000

To be considered for the Head of Lettings role you must have the following:

2-3+ years of successful industry experience
Enthusiastic
Management experience
An ambitious and dedicated attitude
Passionate and hardworking
Proven track record
Driving license

As a Head of Lettings, your role will involve:

Conducting viewings
Set up and head lettings division.
Dealing with rental chargers
Managing new build developments
Dealing with tenants
Moveins Liaising with landlords.
Deal with accounts Helping grow the division
