We are searching for a talented, passionate supervisor who is confident in leading a vibrant team to join us at The Exmouth Arms

Are you someone who is organised, effective with their communication and a front of house leader who can manage a variety of departments in a high-volume business?

The successful supervisor will be looking to advance their career where there are great opportunities as we continue to expand our business.

You Are:

• Able to demonstrate sound skills in all areas of bar knowledge and practice
• A supervisor looking to take your next career step and challenge yourself in a large volume business
• Able to work closely alongside the General Manager to develop the outstanding offer
• An effective communicator who can lead by example, coach and develop their team
• An ambitious manager who has a desire to be a part of an independent group and expanding brand, leading by example
