An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with a nationwide fleet repair specialist as a Mobile Repairs Vehicle Technician on a permanent basis.

Covering Bedfordshire and the surroundign area, this role offers a minimum salary of £36,504 with additional overtime paid at £19.36 per hour.

Upon starting, you will be supplied with a company van, workwear, phone, tablet and a company fuel card.
Your working day will typically start at 08:30 and finish at 5:30 and wages will be paid from the moment you leave you home until you return, meaning you will never have to pay for or commute in your own time
Contracted working days are Monday to Friday with 1 in 2 Saturdays

In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a variety of vehicle types for mainly Major Daily Rental Companies.

This must be to the highest standards and within specified accepted industry times.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum NVQ level 2 with ideally 1-2 years' experience post qualification within an approved dealership or a similar role to ensure you will have experience in various mechanical and electrical repair works that youmay face.

You will also need to be an independent and committed induvial who is approachable and able to provide a friendly service to your customers.

Experience with hybrid vehicles would be beneficial, however not essential
You may be asked to work occasional overnight stays to cover holidays, unprecedented demand and absenteeism. A bonus structure, accommodation and meals will be provided.
28 days annual leave and any relevant in-house training and development will be provided too.
