Reeds Rains are looking for an experienced Property Manager Team Leader to join their new Property Management Team.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and energetic individual to progress their career in a client focused role that awards excellent customer service, attention to deal and up selling skills.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead and develop and a high performing Property Management Team.

Training and developing team members to ensure their perform to the best of their ability and continuously improve performances.

Overseeing team members' work and supporting them to deliver the required standard of property management service is delivered across all portfolios.

Monitor, improve KPIs and handle/respond to complaints.

Ability to develop positive working relationships with team members, members of staff from other lettings offices and contractors commissioned by Reeds Rains.

Conducting proactive and efficient team meetings, alongside regular 1 to 1s with team members.

Key Skills:

Handling day to day property management issues.

Direct management and HR responsibility, including recruitment and training.

Building and maintaining relationships with Heads of Departments and front offices both within Lettings and within Reeds Rains as a whole.

Key Skills Excellent team worker with a flexible approach to work Ideally be ARLA licensed/achieved the NFOPP Technical Award.

Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc

Have the ability to multi-task.

Be adaptable and a good team player.

To have strong service 'ethic' Excellent written and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team Strong organisational skills.

Excellent telephone manner.

Capable of meeting KPIs and targets Ability to create a positive working environment Aptitude in encouraging a strong work ethic and optimising productivity.
