Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated, early-in-career professional for our new Digital Marketing Specialist, Paid Advertising role. This individual will play an integral part in Nexx Property Limited.


The role will own the execution and reporting of digital marketing campaigns while bringing creative and innovative ideas to the forefront.

This person is driven, highly organized, and eager to contribute to the team's overall goal of the brand and sales-ready leads.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Assist in the development and own the execution of performancebased digital marketing programs to deliver the business goals.
  • Research new ad formats, implement ads, and optimise keywords & budgets for campaigns.
  • Assist with a paid media strategy and calendar in close collaboration with other teams.
  • Analyze data and campaign performance to test and refine marketing tactics.
  • Ability to work with data to tell a story that provides strategic recommendations and actionable insights for senior management.
  • Use sophisticated targeting to ensure we always hit and nurture the right audiences.
  • Assist in the creation of monthly reports proactively identifying trends and highlighting opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, and/or related field of study.
  • 24 years of handson experience with digital marketing channels.
  • Proven experience in Paid Search/PPC/SEM and assisting in largescale, multichannel campaigns strongly preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of campaign tracking with Google Analytics, CRM software and Google Ads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detailoriented, organized, and motivated to learn.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Understanding of the digital marketing industry and campaign success metrics.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 5 per week


Salary:
Up to £41,319.94 per year
