Location:
Manchester/Hybrid

Salary:
£55,000 + great benefits package

We are currently working with a scaling B2B SaaS business that are driven by a great mission.

Their product provides people with a platform to report experiences of bullying and seek the support that they need, all in a confidential manor.

A genuine opportunity to make a true impact on the wellbeing of others

You will work closely with the Head of Design to shape the user experience and work to improve user satisfaction.

Whilst also continuing to develop their design system, ensuring design consistency across all their platforms.

They are looking for a strong end to end UX/UI Designer who is comfortable conducting user research, understanding user needs and being able to develop visual aesthetics.

It would be good if you had
Skilled in Figma, whilst having experience with Miro & Figma.

Advocate or user centred design principles and educate cross-functional teams on the process of UX/UI design in product development.

Deep expertise in user research and end-to-end design processes

Great communication skills, the ability to bridge the gap between users and senior stakeholders.
