Description
My client is a Commercial Property Developer seeking a Reception & Facilities Assistant to manage a 30,000 sq ft commercial asset in the heart of Altrincham.
You will manage new and existing tenants, build strong relationships and seek opportunities to discuss objectives and assess any other needs or wants within the building.
- Delivery of a firstclass customer experience to all tenants and visitors, ensuring visitors are booked in and out of the building.
- Site inspections: to ensure daily, monthly or quarterly inspections are undertaken
- Recording client & insurance requirements in the logbook.
- Report faults and incidents through facilities management, and keep abreast of updates.
- Implement safe working practices to ensure the safety of all tenants and visitors.
- Maintain all property records on site and ensure all Health & Safety actions are managed proactively.
- Advise tenants of changes to procedures, and current and future projects.
- Reviewing and setting procedures for the effective operation of the building.
- Participate in contractor reduction, tendering of new contracts and renewal of supplier contracts.
- Ensure the building fully complies with Health and Safety and Legislative requirements.
- Review RAMS and Fire Safety Management Plans, ensuring risks are appropriately managed to reduce and limit risk.
- Ensure all aspects of FOH admin and HR policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Continually looking for ways to improve the service.
- Act as the main point of contact for the tenants for all buildingrelated issues or occurrences.
- Competent to manage planned and unplanned evacuations.
Working hours Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm
Salary c£25,000 per annum
