Competitive Salary + benefits**We're looking for a Sister / Charge Nurse to join our Oncology Daycase Centres at the LOC, our specialist cancer treatment centre currently rated "Outstanding" by the CQC and proud recipient of The Macmillan Quality Environment Mark for our commitment to patient wellbeing and privacy.


Leading a team of experienced SACT nurses and Healthcare Assistants you'll be responsible for providing safe, holistic and individualised patient care, ensuring all their clinical needs are met while supporting the team to deliver healthcare with a human touch.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team you'll have the chance to work with


Clinical Nurse Specialists, Clinic Doctors/Consultants and a wide range of colleagues delivering world-class care, all devoted to the provision of a patient centred cancer nursing service.


We recognise that working in cancer care can be a challenging field, so as a Sister / Charge Nurse you'll be part of a team with a caring culture and have access to a range wellbeing services and other emotional support offerings should you need them.


What you'll need:


  • A current NMC Nurse registration
  • Post registration qualification in Cancer/ Chemotherapy Nursing
  • A recognised teaching, assessing, mentoring qualification
  • Extensive experience within the Cancer / Oncology specialty with significant experience in the outpatient treatment setting
  • Evidence of continual professional development
  • Previous management experience / training
