The administrator will provide an effective and efficient support service to the department and dedicated advisers; updating advisers' pipelines and document preparationAs Mortgage Administrator, you will be responsible for
- Liaising with 3rd parties, clients and advisers
- Work closely with advisers, creating a great team, to provide outstanding customer service.
- Package mortgage documents efficiently to provide lenders with the requirements to complete underwriting as quickly as possible.
- Update clients and agents regularly, by telephone, regarding case progress and outstanding requirements.
- Chase solicitors proactively to ensure that mortgages progress to exchange/completion efficiently.
- Ideally the administrator will have will have a minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar mortgage processing role.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Office Suite in general
- A flexible and adaptable approach to your work
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

From £19,000.00 per year
