With continued international expansion and a growing product line, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Co-Ordinator to support our operations team and ensure seamless product movement across global markets.

    Role Overview

    This is a vital, hands-on position within the operations function. The Supply Chain Co-Ordinator will be responsible for managing all inbound and outbound logistics, with a focus on ensuring accurate, timely, and cost-effective movements of goods across the UK, Amazon, and Rest of World (ROW) channels.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manufacturing & Procurement

    ● Manage cross-functional administration to enhance efficiency, collating and directing workflow to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

    ● Oversee the
    critical path
    , ensuring testing, commitments, and supply chain deadlines are met and communicated to the relevant stakeholders.

    ● Raise and manage procurement POs, ensuring the business is in stock with all required materials and finished goods.

    1. Inbound & Outbound Logistics Coordination

    ● Manage all inbound shipments from manufacturers and suppliers, including sea and air freight.

    ● Liaise with major retail partners to manage booking-in and supply chain arrangements between our 3PL and retailers.

    ● Work directly with manufacturers and the 3PL to ensure
    just-in-time
    (JIT) delivery.

    ● Coordinate outbound deliveries across UK, Amazon warehouses, and ROW customers.

    ● Liaise with freight forwarders to book sea freight and maintain delivery timelines.

    ● Monitor and update delivery status, escalating any delays or issues promptly.

    2. Documentation & Compliance

    ● Collate and validate all import/export documentation, including:

    ○ Commercial Invoices (CI)

    ○ Packing Lists

    ○ Waybills & Bills of Lading

    ○ WRO documentation

    ● Ensure customs documents meet all UK, EU, and ROW requirements.

    ● Maintain accurate shipment records for audit and compliance purposes.

    3. Amazon & 3PL Logistics

    ● Manage deliveries into Amazon FBA and external 3PLs.

    ● Work with account teams to coordinate stock levels and avoid out-of-stock situations.

    ● Monitor carrier performance and address operational gaps.

    4. Operational & Stakeholder Support

    ● Ensure admin SLAs and KPIs are met.

    ● Support the Demand Planner with stock movement and tracking.

    ● Maintain accurate logs of freight bookings and document handovers.

    ● Coordinate with marketing, sales, and finance teams on delivery timelines and product launches.

    ● Assist with preparation of supply chain reports as required.

    Requirements

    Essential:

    ● Experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain coordination (ideally within CPG or e-commerce).

    ● Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

    ● Confidence managing multiple shipments and documentation flows at once.

    ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    ● Proficient in Excel and logistics tools.

    ● Knowledge of Amazon FBA logistics or retail supply operations.

    ● Experience with international shipping and customs documentation.

    ● Familiarity with supply chain systems (e.g. NetSuite, inventory management platforms).
