Description

Ashley James have partnered with a family run, leading and dedicated manufacturer in the Wellingborough area.

Due to continuous business growth they have the opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

Not only does this business offer career development (think Production Manager within 2 years) they also invest time and money on further qualifications.

The Production Supervisor will be reporting directly into the Site Manager and will have up to 10 direct reports.

What the role involves:

Ensuring production processes deliver quality products within the company's service level agreements.
Anticipate, analyse and diagnose production problems to coordinate corrective actions.
Reading, interpreting, and working from CAD drawings.
Always maintaining compliance with H&S and company rules.

This role is a hands-on supervisory role so ideally you will have Welding/Fabrication experience however this is not a must to be successful in this role as full training will be supplied.
