The role of Talent Co-Ordinator is to support in the administration of talent allocation and management within the business with a particular focus on major programmes supporting relevant Projects Directors in all matters relating to identification and deployment of personnel.


Your day to day will include

  • Supporting the resource requirements captured regarding future pipeline of support, roles / grades / timescales for mobilisation and demobilisation, working closely with the client lead teams
  • A key part of the account management team supporting the identification of resource both internally to mobilise onto or move position with the client programme
  • Responsible for managing the supply and demand of internal and coordination of external resources with the teams, utilising project performance data and business planning to address challenges including identification of skills, transferable skillsets and opportunities for resource optimisation.
  • Coordination of CVs around the team internally and then externally with the client client interaction
  • Formatting of CVs for presentation to the client to ensure alignment with branding and CV structure
  • Support / facilitation of client facing onboarding (IT / office access etc) and coordination with Security Coordinator to ensure all requirements are captured timeously
  • Support to raising of Task Orders and associated administration arrangements around time booking etc
  • Support to development of metrics regarding resourcing and live / periodic reporting against these metrics (quantum, EDI, vacancy tracking)
  • Working closely with inhouse client HR team regarding People matters, training requirements / cultures and behaviours and coordination with UK People Team to ensure alignment / integration between businesses

Experience

  • Previous experience in an administration
  • Excellent IT skills including experience of using Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • High Accuracy skills
