a Multi-Currency Accounts Payable Assistant

Location:
/Birmingham/ Hybrid

Salary:

£25 - £30K

Working Full

time 09:00- 17:00

Since they started their Journey in the early 2000's our client has developed a worldwide presence, serving hundreds of customers in over 50 countries across the world.

With operations and representation in 5 Countries across the globe, The bulk of their business is commodity trading, they also operate a factory-based operation in the UK.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Skills/Experience:

Experience of using an accounting system to record accurate financial data (experience of Microsoft Dynamics Nav 365 a bonus)
Able to stand back and review data/information to see the 'big picture'
Able to anticipate opportunities and risks
Able to build rapport quickly with colleagues and suppliers
Able to manage and respond quickly to changing/competing priorities
Highly organised, able to independently plan own time
Experience of handling and overturning objections
Able to follow internal procedures (ERP, Admin etc.)
Able to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
Able to use Excel, Outlook, Word and other MS Office products
