The School and Role


One of our Large Partner Schools in Harbourne are looking for passionate, dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work alongside a KS2 class teacher on a full time basis.

Our Patner Schools are rated 'Good' by ofsted and believe that it is theirresponsibility to enable children to become independent and confident.


Requirements:

The desired Teaching Assistant will have;

  • Have a DBS that is registered on the update service or be able to arrange one.
  • Be able to secure references to cover the last two years.
  • Have at least 2 weeks of relevant, school based work.
  • Be a welcoming influence on the classroom and individual's learning. You will also need to give feedback to the class teacher on this learning.
  • Be able to form meaningful working relationships with both staff and students.
