CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
Monday to Friday
8.30am to 4.30pm with 30 minutes break
Salary £25k to start
This client based in MK41 area has been trading for over 20 years and they have an excellent reputation for supplying quality goods and service.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Previous customer experience preferably on the phone?
- It goes without saying that you will need to have strong communication skills and a superb telephone manner
- Good written/English skills
- Fast accurate typing
- Computer literate with the ability to work with CRM software (full training is given)
- Problem solving
- Be able to deal with difficult customers if necessary
- Attention to detail is critical due to the high risk involved in this job.
