This is a new fresh and fulfilling role with flexible hybrid options, based in Chester, with a competitive salary of up to £35k DOE.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Working with the Head Of Marketing to understand our customer segments, journeys and insight to build on a CRM strategy and improve customer retention.
Championing the customer; utilising data, profiling and segmentation and other research methodologies to ensure deep understanding of our customers.
Collaborate effectively with our Data and Insight Analyst, to ensure deep understanding of our customer segments, at each stage of their journey with us
Deliver flawless campaign execution by working to agreed processes and SLAs

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:

Minimum 5 experience in CRM marketing (desirable)
Strong understanding of key marketing principles: consumer needs and journey, user experience, target audience, etc. tools.
Experience with A/B testing
Strong project management skills
