About Our Client:
Page Personnel are supporting a highly prestigious, successful organisation based in Wellingborough with the appointment of a HR Administrator to join a busy HR team.
Working as part of a small team, the role of HR Administrator is a busy, generalist role allowing exposure to a wide variety of HR duties, including but not limited to:
- Assisting the HR Advisor with Recruitment Administration such as posting adverts and scheduling interviews
- Conduct RTW/Preemployment checks
- Assist the HR Advisor with employee inductions
- Process new starters and leavers
- Maintain staff files
- Assist the HR Advisor with the training needs analysis
- Promote wellbeing activities
- Produce HR paperwork
- Assist the HR Manager as and when required
The Successful Applicant:
CIPD is desirable but not essential
