I am currently working with an international manufacturing business based in Kent who are looking to recruit a Finance Director.

Reporting directly to the board you will be responsible for the overall financial management of the group.


Your key dutieswill include:

  • Oversight on the key control projects managed by the finance team ensuring adherence to agreed procedures
  • Responsibility for the direction of the local and wider global finance teams
  • Oversee timely and accurate production of management information and forecasts including preparation of scenario planning analysis as required
  • Provide challenge to the operational board regarding the Groups strategic direction and appropriateness of resource structure
  • Challenge operational management regarding financial performance and forecast and prepare timely reports to the operational board on performance
  • Provide financial advice to operational management to assist them in achieving their objectives
  • Ensure all financial reporting and data are in compliance with GAAP
  • Oversee the continual improvement of financial systems and reporting to ensure maximum efficiency, clarity and effectiveness
