Our client is a private equity company looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to support a team of 5 (including a Partner, a Senior Principle and 3 Principles).


Salary is £47,000 - £50,000 + bonus 25 days holiday with additional days over the Christmas and New Year period and full benefits package.

The client offers
flexible working with four days working in the office and one day working from home. Hours 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday

As Executive Assistant, your duties will include

  • Full diary management for all members of the team, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones including internal and external meetings Zoom and/or MS Teams calls
  • Organising high volumes of international travel across multiple times zones including any lastminute changes that may be required
  • Processing expenses
  • Updating the CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Updating meeting notes
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Prepare meeting materials for internal and external meetings (briefing notes, preparing decks, agendas)
  • Liaising with clients and their Executive Assistants
  • Producing reports
  • Occasionally organising events including dinners and lunches
  • Handling confidential information
  • Adhoc project work as and when needed
  • Providing cover for other EAs during times of annual leave and/or sickness
  • Have previously worked as an Executive Assistant supporting more than one individual
  • Have previously booked international travel arrangements and be aware of time zones
  • Have ideally worked as an Executive Assistant within financial services, banking or professional services
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Have experience of processing expenses
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to liaise at all levels
  • Be a great team player, with a positive, proactive, "Can-Do" approach
  • Have excellent written skills and strong attention to detail
  • Be calm under pressure
  • Have excellent organisational, multitasking, and prioritising skills,
  • Be able to work on their own initiative
  • Have good MS Office skills
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
