Please note:

This is a temporary maternity cover position (up to 12 months), however with a new project underway a permanent role may be possible.


  • Salary: £20k pro rata_
  • Part Time up to 30 hours per week_

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our existing team of 11 talented people in a temporary maternity cover role.

You will liaise with team members from all departments with a focus on front-facing client work.

Bring New Clients on Board - meeting and liaising with potential new customers during the initial enquiry stages and regularly as the project progresses, helping with quoting, scheduling large projects through our jobs list and ensuring the customer is informed of deadlines and updates.

Oversee Jobs from Sign Off to Completion - knowledgable of jobs going through our system and ensuring they run on track, advising clients accordingly of work progression and technical updates, assisting with background work required to help projects run on time.

Take Care of Existing Clients - building up a rapport with existing customers, ensuring they are happy and assisting them with general queries including: optimising their current website, advising on best practices and following work through the system internally.

Manage a Small Design Team - keeping track of the design team work flow, delegating and prioritising tasks, quoting and invoicing for design team work, supporting and advising the designer in their role.


Required Skills:

Communication Skills - outgoing and friendly approach with the ability to engage with clients, distribute information to other external sources and with excellent grammar and spelling skills.

Highly Organised - able to co-ordinate work across teams both internal and external with a strong eye for detail with a focus on delivering the promised results to customers.

Creativity - coming up with new ideas to help clients develop their online presence and sales.
