Mercedes-Benz Parts Sales Advisors

Be a "Part of something" in 2023, M-B Truck and Van are looking for two Parts Sales Advisors to work in our Mallusk dealership._

Shift patterns available:_

Full-Time:
Monday to Thursday, 08:30 - 16:45 & Friday 08:30 - 17:00 (39 hours)

Part-time: Monday to Thursday; 16:00 - 00:00 (30 hours) or full-time alternative of Monday to Thursday 13:4- 00:00 (39 hours)

Saturday overtime working will be on a rotational basis; 08:30 - 12:30, when competent 08:30 - 17:00 on a rotational basis.

Payable at competitive overtime rates.

Flexibility required with start/finish time depending on operational needs.

Job Background and Purpose:

Sourcing Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicle parts and process orders in a timely and accurate manner
Communicating with customers, giving product advice along with promotions and offers
Upsell products and parts accessories
Assist with stock management and with general parts department duties
Delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

Aptitude, Values & Work Ethic:

Positivity with the desire to learn and develop within the dealership
A passion for vehicles

Essential:

Previous automotive experience, preferably within a similar role
IT literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office and navigate parts catalogues
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
A good team player with the ability to work on your own initiative
Commitment to delivering customer excellence

Desirable:

Experience of using Kerridge/CDK or a dealer management system
