Overview:


We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team in a fantastic Italian restaurant in NW3 area.

As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities:


  • Greet guests and escort them to their tables
  • Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
  • Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
  • Upsell additional items and specials to enhance the dining experience
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
  • Ensure accuracy in order delivery, including special requests or dietary restrictions
  • Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly
  • Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
  • Process payments and provide accurate change to guests
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Experience:


  • Previous experience as a Server or in a similar customer service role preferred
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology is a plus
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Basic math skills for accurate order taking and bill calculation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding guest services
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Willingness to assist colleagues in the kitchen when needed

Pay:
£14.01-£15.33 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 50 per week
