Sales Manager - Life Protection Sales Team
Location:
Gloucester
Salary:
£35,000 + bonus
We're hiring a Sales Manager to lead the Life Protection sales team.
You'll be experienced in running a small team of Protection Specialists and familiar with:
- developing and executing sales strategies
- building strong client relationships
- analysing performance metrics
- ensuring compliance with regulations.
In addition, you should match well against the following criteria:
- R05 qualification or an equivalent industry qualification in Protection.
- Sales management experience
- Indepth knowledge of life protection products
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, resultsoriented environment.
