Are you a recently qualified Architect seeking a new and exciting opportunity in the Hampshire area?
We are working with a RIBA award-winning practice located in Winchester who are on the lookout for a qualified Architect to join their fun and social team
Based in the historical city of Winchester, the practice works on a diverse range of projects. However, they are renowned for their focus on the high-quality design of award-winning bespoke, one-off houses. They pride themselves on working with fantastic clientsand locations/sites to creative pioneering architecture.

This opportunity will give you the prospect to work in a social office and work on ambitious projects The practice and management really invest in their staff and are big on retaining growing talented individuals.

Architect Opportunity

Recently RIBA Part 3 qualified
Technical knowledge and experience in construction detailing
Manage workload independently but also work and communicate in a team
Presentation skills
Writing specifications would be advantageous
AutoCAD and Sketchup are essential
Knowledge of Lumion is beneficial
Opportunities for liaison with clients and consultants

The salary range for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 (DOE).
