The Best Connection is working with our client who is a global organization providing outsourced logistics and warehousing to a range of large companies.

Due to current growth they have a new opportunity for one of their sites in Washington for a
Transport Administrator.

This role has scope to develop and provide progression opportunities for the future.

Duties will evolve as the role develops and will include:

  • Driver briefing and de-briefing
  • Booking in loads which can change daily
  • Arranging servicing and breakdowns
  • General admin duties and customer service duties
  • Will have an understanding of working in a transport environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
Hours of work are flexible and would be discussed at interview stage:

  • Working hours 8 hours per day on a morning shift


  • Monday

  • Friday start times between 6.00am 7.00am to be discussed with the applicant
  • Flexibility to work weekends in the future.

Pay rate:
- £12.00 per hour

  • Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
