We are pleased to be recruiting for an IT Helpdesk Engineer to join a successful and growing company based in Hemel Hempstead.
You will be responsible for delivering excellent Customer Service and technical skills.Overview of duties:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers to manage faults
- Handling engineering queries, resolving or escalating faults
- Diagnosing faults
- Multitask and make key decisions
- Problem solving following processes within a busy environment
- Assisting in the workshop
- Proven computer skills
- Proficiency on Outlook/Excel
- Ability to confidently communicate
- A good team player
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highpressure environment
- Knowledge/experience with monitoring, antivirus, and backup technologies
- Knowledge of desktop imaging software/services
- Understanding of networking technologies
