We are pleased to be recruiting for an IT Helpdesk Engineer to join a successful and growing company based in Hemel Hempstead.

You will be responsible for delivering excellent Customer Service and technical skills.


Overview of duties:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers to manage faults
  • Handling engineering queries, resolving or escalating faults
  • Diagnosing faults
  • Multitask and make key decisions
  • Problem solving following processes within a busy environment
  • Assisting in the workshop
  • Proven computer skills
  • Proficiency on Outlook/Excel
  • Ability to confidently communicate
  • A good team player
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highpressure environment
  • Knowledge/experience with monitoring, antivirus, and backup technologies
  • Knowledge of desktop imaging software/services
  • Understanding of networking technologies
