Job Overview:
After a few years of success and consecutive growth, we are now looking for a motivated, confident and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to support our UK team and clients.
Core duties:
Ø Processing orders, contracts and consignment stock
Ø Assist in managing customer inquiries and providing exceptional service
Ø Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of orders
Ø Maintain accurate records and reports related to sales activities
Ø Generating sales invoices and credit notes where necessary
Ø Generating customer statements on request
Ø Management of client financial situations
Ø Processing of returns, e.g. exchanges/credits
Ø Handling shipping agents and sales team
Ø Provide information on order status/deliveries
Ø Liaise with HQ and management of stock replenishment for the UK warehouse
Ø Support sales representatives with administrative tasks as needed
Key requirements/qualifications:
Ø Experience of using either Navision or BC software preferable, although training provided
Ø Must have good eye for detail/need for accuracy
Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ø Ability to meet tight deadlines
Ø Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Ø At least 2 years' experience in similar role
Ø Proficiency in MS-office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ø Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
