We are a new business in the Industrial MRO market, looking to increase our share of the market, through a proposition that is focused on the needs of our customers.

The Zoro teams are in London and Leicester.

Leicester is the home of the Supplier, Merchandising, Product, Customer and Finance teams, whilst our Development, Marketing and Data Analytics teams are based in the heart of London.

Primary Function
Most of Zoro's partnerships focus on us syndicating our product content to other platforms. This comes in the form of marketplaces (eBay, OnBuy, etc) and affiliate relationships (CSS partners, loyalty-programmes etc).

You're tasked with maintaining good working relationships with existing partners, ensuring existing processes work smoothly and efficiently, forging new partnerships, and scoping opportunities for growth.


Additionally, the role will project manage any other partnership opportunities that aim to improve Zoro's sales and acquisitions - on and off site.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor all marketplace listing, order fulfillment, and customer service processes, ensuring that we employ automation methods wherever possible and all our customers' expectations are met.
  • Find, research, and approach new syndication partnership opportunities, eg: marketplaces and affiliate partners, and facilitate a successful launch on their platform.
  • Manage new syndication channel setup projects; reviewing contracts, producing collateral, implementing tracking, and/or producing exports of our content.
  • Analyse the performance of all Zoro's partners regularly to ensure the performance is mutually beneficial and we've not left untapped opportunities.
  • Timely reporting of all agreed KPIs related to your channels in internal meetings.
  • Collaborate with different internal and external teams to create new and improve existing process automations.
  • Ensure Zoro maximises the exposure of sold inventory through third parties (marketplaces and affiliates).
  • Resolve any affiliate publisher queries in a timely manner; ensure that publisher commissions are paid out in a timely manner.

Preferred Education & Experience

  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, including the ability to interpret partners' KPIs in order to find mutually beneficial terms of business.
  • Communication: Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to read and redline draft contracts, and present ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of online tracking and reporting, as well as product data feeds, are a definite advantage.
As is a basic knowledge of SQL and scripting languages (eg:
Python). However, full training shall be provided.

  • Experience: 2+ years experience in a similar role.
  • BA/Slevel educated

Work Environment

  • A hybrid working approach with a mix of both remote and office working.
  • The role will require occasional travel between Zoro locations in Leicester and London or other locations both nationally and internationally.
