• Research accounts and develop new leads whilst actively upselling and crossselling to existing customers.
• Handling incoming enquiries efficiently and swiftly.
• Make accurate cost quotations to customers.
• Being the key point of contact for new and existing customers.
• Develop and maintain long lasting relationships with key accounts and existing customers.
• Generating sales from the customer database HubSpot inline with targets and departmental KPI's.
• Taking customers to supplier showrooms.
• Sourcing samples for customers.
• Being aware of and responsive to market trends and new industry products.
• Monitor competitor activity.

• Previous experience of HubSpot desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
