The Role
We're looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and relationship led individual to work within our Key Accounts department.

Whether you're a new grad straight out of Uni, or you've got years of experience, we want to hear from you.

This role involves managingour larger customers' daily operational requirements ensuring those customers are serviced to the very highest of standards.


Main Responsibilities

  • To deal with key account customers' daily requirements in line with the service operating procedures and service level agreements.
  • To track and trace all Key Account shipments via our Online Portal, communicating with our partners to investigate and resolve any nondelivered shipments and managing our key customers' expectations.
  • To process shipment reports, resolving discrepancies identified and advise customers of any amendments.
  • To produce and maintain up to date management reports, master files, key account files and spreadsheets to ensure accurate costings and invoicing information.
  • To monitor and record key performance indicators for each individual account escalating discrepancies to the relevant stakeholder.
  • To ensure any appropriate paperwork has been received and forwarded to the relevant departments.
  • 2:1 logistics and supply chain degree with experience working in a similar role
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A customer service driven ethos and comfortable interacting with customers at a senior level.
  • Methodical approach to work, whilst being able to work accurately at speed, if required.
  • Work well within a team environment but have an independent approach to problem solving when necessary.
