Health & Safety Lead, Belfast (Northern Ireland)
20 hours per week
£15,000 per annum based on a 20 hour working week


Autism Initiatives Northern Ireland are seeking to recruit a Health & Safety Lead who has the expertise and commitment to strengthen and embed Health & Safety culture across our services.


As a Health & Safety Lead, you will work in collaboration with the Head of Health & Safety, our managers and services, taking a lead role in the management of compliance standards, processes and training, relating to Health & Safety requirements.


You will be an engaging leader, demonstrating our commitment to developing our positive and trusting relationships with stakeholders such as landlords, regulatory bodies and contractors, maintaining our high standards of health and safety practice.


To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of two years relevant experience in a similar role.

You will have demonstrable experience of engaging with teams, providing professional advice and guidance relating to investigations, accident and incident reporting.

You will hold a minimum of NEBOSH (General Certificate) and must be able to use relevant IT to analyse and interpret data.

This role will include travelling to services in Northern Ireland
