The Role


Do you possess strong administration skills coupled with Microsoft office knowledge? Are you an excellent verbal and written communicator a keen eye to detail, looking to take on a new challenge? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.


Core UK, a leading Global Logistics and Customs Classification software provider, is seeking a Customs Classification Administrator to join our dynamic team and assist in the development of our global customs classification solution and services.

You will contribute to innovative new projects, product development and an ongoing programme of change. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and train in the field of customs classification.


The company's headquarters are in London (Marylebone), but since the pandemic, the company has taken a more flexible approach to the options of working in an office, at home, or remotely.


Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of a Customs Classification Administrator include, but are not limited to:

  • Upload data to the global classification system's master data.
  • Support the Customs Classification Specialists with development of new data.
  • Assist with customs classification of products being imported by existing and new clients using our system.
  • Assist our clients with classification queries.
  • Support our Online Tawk function.

The key skills and qualities being sought:

  • Team player who works collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office packages, excellent excel skills with ability to use V look up and pivot tables.
  • Confident in the use of bespoke databases and reporting modules.
  • Not afraid to propose enhancements to products and processes.
  • Excellent data and administration skills with a keen eye to detail and accuracy.
  • Keen to learn and understand customs classification.
