    Senior Customer Analyst - Retail Brand

    Location:

    Bradford

    Work Arrangement:

    Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote)

    Salary:

    £45,000 per annum + benefits package

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Customer Analyst to join our team at a leading retail brand based in Bradford. As a key member of our in-house team, you will play a critical role in providing analytical support across key business reporting and ad hoc analysis.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver multi-channel digital insights to deepen understanding of online customer behaviour and journeys
    • Maintain and refine reporting processes to provide meaningful insights into customer behaviour and trends
    • Conduct analysis on customer purchase patterns to identify insights enhancing customer engagement and driving profitability
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms to measure performance against KPIs, track customer segments, and assess campaign effectiveness
    • Collaborate with various teams to provide data-driven recommendations
    • Monitor KPIs such as customer retention, churn rates, customer lifetime value, and net promoter score to inform strategic decisions
    • Execute A/B testing and multivariate analysis to evaluate marketing initiatives for customer impact
    • Use predictive analytics to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and customer re-engagement

    Requirements:

    • Proficient in data analysis tools like SQL and Excel, with strong skills in data visualisation
    • Capable of presenting complex insights effectively, both in writing and through verbal communication
    • Creative, analytical, and able to solve complex issues while paying close attention to detail
    • Organised, with excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
    • A team player who's eager to take on new challenges and learn new skills
    • Experience in eCommerce or retail, particularly in customer loyalty or CRM
    • Ability to commute to Bradford City Centre 2 days per week
