Applications are invited for a Administrative Assistant at the National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery at Queen Square.The post holder(s) will work as part of a multidisciplinary research team and will contribute to the continued success of research projects in Multiple Sclerosis.
The post holder will play an important role in day-to-day administrative tasks, liaising with participants and team members, including organisation of study documents and data entry.
The post is available immediately for 2 years in the first instance.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person with excellent people skills who has a good basic knowledge of computer systems including EPIC, as well as a keenness to learn about research administration.
NHNN is a national and international leading centre of research, working collaboratively to expedite the translation of new insights from basic disease mechanisms into experimental medicine studies, clinical trials, treatments and rehabilitation techniques for the benefit of people with neurological disorders.
The Administration Assistant will work as part of the research team, to support the multidisciplinary clinical and administrative staff to provide a high quality administration service, a positive patient experience and the highest levels of customer service.
