You will naturally possess the ability to consult deeply with end user clients to achieve effective talent selection outcomes and will have an entrepreneurial mindset.

You will be a fast learner with excellent verbal & written communication skills, and someone who just genuinely thrives in delivering within a team-based environment where striving to achieve best-in-class performance is second nature.


This diverse and interesting recruitment consultancy remit entails:

  • Proactive and strategic business development and networking
  • Create and maintain relationships to C-Level in organisations ranging from SME's to corporates
  • Conduct talent mapping exercises to ensure a relevant available pipeline of talent is available
  • Help create, manage, and monitor effectiveness of social media posts relevant to the industry
  • 2 years (min) direct experience of agency recruitment within any sector will be considered
  • You will be a fast learner with excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Resilience, determination, drive and ambition
  • Stable, progressive career history
  • Comfortable working from an Edinburgh city center office (with flexible working)
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

A highly competitive basic salary of up to
£32,000 per annum (with flex DOE) plus genuine and 'realistic'
uncapped commission enabling you to double, if not treble your basic salary.
