The Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced and well motivated General Teaching Assistant to join our thriving, popular school.

The postholder will work each afternoon 1.00pm to 3.15pm supporting children in a specific class in school (Probably Y3 but TBC).

We require someone who has:

Strong academic ability in maths and literacy.
Experience of supporting teachers to deliver the National Curriculum in KS
Experience of delivering interventions to groups or individuals.
The ability to work with pupils with a range of needs.
High levels of resilience.
The ability to foster positive relationships with pupils.
Excellent organisational skills.
The ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.
The ability to use their own initiative.
Experience of engaging children in learning.
Experience of supporting children to develop skills in reading, writing and maths.
