Early Intervention in Psychosis Care Co-Ordinator (Mental Health Occupational Therapist, SW or Nurse)

Are you an experienced Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker with knowledge and experience of working with young people and are looking to work in an Early Intervention in psychosis service?


We are an Early Intervention in Psychosis Team who are looking for a Band 6 Care-Co-ordinator who fits in with our values of working together to help people recover and reach their full potential.

This is a very exciting time to join us and be part of a dynamic service.


We are looking for someone who can communicate effectively and collaborate with a wide range of other professionals within community mental health and stakeholder organisations.

You will be motivated to contribute ideas and have a passion for recovery-focused, person-centred care. We all learn from each other in the Early Intervention Team due to our highly multidisciplinary and collaborative approach.
