RoyaleLife is now hiring - Grounds Person based in Oakham-Rutland,
with a basic salary of £21,500 per annum
RoyaleLife is looking for a Grounds Person to join our team at Ranksborough Hall. As a Grounds Person, you will be keeping our residential development both functional and aesthetically pleasing.


RoyaleLife are a family-owned business with a heritage dating back to 1945 we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality residential accommodation in some of the most beautiful regions of the UK.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Gardening including preparing ground for seeding, turfing, shingle, wood chips etc
  • Delivery of gas bottles
  • Shrub and tree planting, cutting and pruning within the limitations of the tree
  • Road sweeping, salting and snow clearance
  • Ensure common areas are free from litter, weeds, leaves, equipment and building materials
  • Carrying out minor building repairs and maintenance of company property

A bit about you:


  • You will hold a full UK driver's license.
  • Previous experience as a Grounds Person/Gardener
  • Basic understanding of gas, electricity, and water supplies
  • Confident and polite manner
