Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping operations.
As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel.

- Deputise in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies
- Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff
- Schedule and assign daily tasks to housekeeping team members
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services
- Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including budgets and expenses
- Collaborate with maintenance department for repairs and maintenance needs
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel supervisory is preferential
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, techniques, and equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Proficient in using computer systems for record keeping

£12.00 per hour
