The Crown Hotel Wetheral is a 67 room 4 star Hotel with 1 Rosette located in the stunning village of Wetheral (3 miles from Carlisle)

We require a Restaurant and Bar Supervisor to help manage the day to day operations of the Hotel's food and beverage department.

Main Duties

Responsible for leading and supervising the food and beverage team
Manager on Duty
To provide direct support to the Food and Beverage Manager
Maintain good hygiene and health and safety throughout the hotel
Ensure that all guest are taken good care of and any complaints dealt with in a positive manner
Training the food and beverage team to a high standard ensuring guest satisfaction at all times

Requirements:

Excellent Customer Service skills
Good knowledge of running restaurant and bar service along with weddings and banqueting
Ability to interact with management, staff and guests at all levels
At least 2 years experience in a similar role within hospitality

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
£28,000.00 per year
