What is the Role?

Our Head of Business Change will drive and deliver business change and business readiness activities in support of the delivery of transformation across the SSE Airtricity portfolio.

In this role you will:
- work with key stakeholders to define the desired future state of our organisation based on our business strategy and the corresponding change programme to deliver on said strategy, including digital-first and leveraging data analytics
- ensure all business change activities and deliverables (including communications, engagement, business readiness, organisational design, education and training) are delivered on time, to quality and budget targets
- lead the development and successful execution of the overarching approach to education and training in the team, taking responsibility for all education and training deliverables and activities
- manage the Business Change team (comprising of the Digital, Digital, Analytics, Digital Product, Business Support, Innovation, Industry Change and Sales Force Automation functions) and work with third party contractors supporting the business

What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

experience in the Business Change discipline delivering into five or more project lifecycles in complex change or transformation programmes, ideally with both agile and waterfall methodologies

- a deep understanding of the ROI and NI Domestic and Business Energy Supplier market
- a working knowledge of regulation, industry change, anti-competitive and anti-bribery legislation and data protection requirements, sufficient to assess risk independently for projects and consult with relevant specialists as appropriate
- a practical understanding of how an Energy Supply organisation operates, including the key functions of the sector, how they interact, and the typical challenges for such organisations
