Salary range:
£26,500-£30,000 - OTE £50.500-£75,000 (depending on experience and performance)

  • Permanent Consultants
- £180,000 net fee income (NFI) per year

  • Contract Consultants
- £4,00 weekly gross profit (WGP)

  • Delivering >1.5 deals per month average
  • Generating the required outputs (job flow, CV generation and 1st interviews) each week in order to achieve the above results

Your accountabilities -

  • To take advantage of our overwhelming opportunity and clear promotion targets to take your career to the next step Your accountabilities

  • Mange processes with excellence to negotiate and close deals

Skills and qualifications required

  • 18 months + experience in a recruitment sector that's comparable
  • A thirst for knowledge and development
  • The right attitude and mentality
