We are looking for a Romanian-spoken advsior so we can build our network, good commission structure as well as a basic salary.

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Student Advisor to join our team. As a Student Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting and guiding students through their academic journey.

Duties:

Provide academic guidance and support to students, helping them navigate educational programs and requirements
Assist students in setting academic goals and developing personalized plans for success
Monitor student progress and intervene when necessary to address challenges or obstacles
Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure students receive comprehensive support services
Conduct oneonone advising sessions to address student concerns and provide mentorship
Stay updated on educational policies, procedures, and resources to effectively advise students

Experience:

Previous experience in an educational setting or advising role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students
Ability to educate and empower students to make informed decisions about their academic paths
Familiarity with academic programs, degree requirements, and university policies is advantageous
