Sales Administrator- Global Business
About Our Client:
Page Group are delighted to be working with a global manufacturing business based in Sheffield (East) who work with customers globally across varying industries.
- Provide global customers with quotations based on their individual needs
- Process orders for global customers in an accurate and timely manor
- Ensure customers are kept informed and updated on the status of their orders
- Monitor the preparation and status of shipping orders
- Ensure CRM system is best utilised and kept up to date with all customer data and interactions
- Take ownership of an customer issues in a professional and time sensitive manor, leading to no / mínimal impact to the customer
The Successful Applicant:
- Experience in a similar Sales Admin / Customer Service role
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self motivated
What's on Offer:
This is an exciting and newly created opportunity to join a leading manufacturing business based in East Sheffield.
The role offers a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience along with fantastic company benefits
Working hours are Monday to Friday
