GMP Recruitment are proud to partner a successful and fast-growing engineering and manufacturing business located in Kidderminster. We are recruiting for
experienced Production Operatives to join their team on a full time, permanent contract.

This position is working Monday - Thursday 08:30am - 17:30pm with a Friday 13:00pm finish.
Salary is £13 p/h (£27,000 per annum)

Production Operative main duties:

Operate machinery involved in the production processes and have product prepared for boxing and dispatch
Ensure correct labelling on all packaged products.
Ensure the constant cleanliness of the production area in line with audit standards.
Carry out visual inspection of coated products
Attention to detail be consistently focused on quality checking throughout manufacturing.
Follow SOP and Batch paperwork instructions for completion of job tasks

Production Operative required skills and experience:

Experience in a manufacturing/production environment
Cleanroom experience desirable
Understanding of product quality demonstrated through Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
Selfmotivated and able to work with mínimal supervision, and follow instructions
You will be reliable, and hardworking and can work within a team in a very busy, fastpaced environment
Willingness to learn and progress in your role
