Talent Acquisition Partner

  • As Talent Acquisition Partner, working closely with the Key Service Line Leader and SMT, to provide resourcing requirements via direct sourcing and where required 3rd party providers.
  • Act as a business partner to senior management and hiring managers by developing and driving strategies to recruit top talent in a competitive market.
  • Drive and implement innovative endtoend recruitment to support the needs of the Firm,
  • Define, own, and implement our employer brand, working closely with our marketing team to ensure that our external communications are aligned to the brand and our values.

Recruitment

  • Support the posthire process, including onboarding and probation, to maximise the integration and success of new colleagues.
  • Manage multiple vacancies across various departments to deliver the business hiring on time and cost effectively.
  • Maintain strong lines of communication with your stakeholders to manage an efficient hiring process and offer a continuous dialogue on search performance.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies as and when necessary to build relationship and secure cost effective and timely recruitment solutions.
  • Provide accurate and point in time recruitment reporting including weekly/monthly reports.
  • Using resources to build an active talent pool in departments, markets relevant to specific project and key objectives of the Firm.
  • Maximise the potential of LinkedIn (where applicable), social media, and other innovative talent tools to build a talent pipeline.

Recruitment tools and development

  • Train and develop all line managers on the endtoend recruitment process to ensure consistency and transparency. Linked to our values.
  • Bring to the business, innovative and up to date assessment and selection methodologies, aligned to the role/team or business.

Employer Branding

  • Work with the HR/ Marketing to determine a strong employer brand to develop and elevate the employer profile and reputation.
  • Increase direct hires, based on strong employer brand and social medial presence.
  • With HR colleagues, support with creative and innovative internal communications to all areas of the Firm.
